Doc Feedback Triage - Live Demo
A BPMN-driven workflow that triages incoming documentation feedback, with a human-in-the-loop review step before anything is filed.
Live View demoDocumentation Engineer
Hi 👋
I'm a documentation engineer with a background on both sides of product development.
As a product owner, I scoped requirements and managed development teams. As a solutions engineer, I handled technical support and rolled out custom solutions.
That mix is why I treat documentation as a usability problem, not just a writing problem.
Above all, I believe in learning by building - and giving back to the open-source tools that I use. This site showcases some of my personal projects.
Orchestrating business processes with AI agents and human-in-the-loop reviews, e.g. Camunda/BPMN.
